Yeah with headers back I meant after the headers sorry. Nearly all of my exhaust has mud baked on to it. It's pretty terrible. And I don't have the time to get underneath it with a wire brush for hours.
But as far as muffler I was thinking about a 10. I was going to do a Cherry Bomb Extreme until my dad told me he would help me pay for it as long as it wasn't a CB (I'm currently unemployed so I'm going to take all the help I can get haha). What about Magnaflow? I forgot to research them but I've heard they're more expensive. Is it worth the money?

The major difference between the Flowmaster and Magnaflow mufflers is the Flowmaster is a "chambered" muffler and Magnaflow is a straight through design. Magnaflow also makes a chambered design muffler in their XL line, but I digress.
The Flowmaster mufflers have a very pleasing, throaty tone in my opinion. However, they are extremely prone to interior drone. Flowmaster has (relatively) recently started expanding their Delta Flow line of mufflers which supposedly cut down on the drone. I have had a FM Super 40 and FM 50 Series Delta Flow on a couple of vehicles and I can attest to the Delta flow being slightly better in the drone department. Slightly.
Magnaflow is my go-to for replacement cats and they generally offer mufflers for almost any taste. If you're looking to do true duals I would recommend using an H or X pipe rather than 2 separate pipes. Each will offer their own benefits and unique sound.
Let us know if we can be of any assistance. We have the entire line of Magnaflow 49 State Converters and every single Magnaflow/Flowmaster muffler on our site.
