Exhaust Resonator

For those of you who have removed your exhaust resonator AND kept your MDS active, what were the effects? Did it make the exhaust louder during normal operation? Did it sound bad when in MDS mode? I was thinking of doing a turn down but don't want it to sound like junk when the MDS kicks in.

I've heard my buddy Tillman's 06 and his just does a drop type tone. Sounds good before and after mds kicked in. you can just hear it more
