RANT: 2011 Ram 2500 Cummins, 59,000 miles. Not driven in the winter. Tailpipe rusted off. Got the old one off. Used a die grinder to cut he clamp. Used impact to get leftover tail pipe detritus out of muffler, Cleaned the interior of that muffler pipe. But cannot get the new tailpipe to go all the way in -- need to expand the muffle pipe slightly. Do you have any idea how hard it is to find a 4" tubing expander??????

Cut a slot in the muffler outlet pipe and use a band muffler clamp to hold the tailpipe on.
