Ok so I currently have a mufflex dodm80 exhaust, which is the muffler delete. Ive had people tell me that I'm losing power due to the lack of back pressure. I have noticed fuel economy going down. Now my question is, would a chambered muffler be better than no muffler? I've had the 18 inch maggie on and didn't like it, hence why I went with the delete. I had a flow master on my last truck and loved the sound. Would putting a flow master help with getting my mpg's back up? Or help with getting the power back up to at least stock? I'm not looking to get high performance, I just want something that's going to give me a great sound and help with fuel consumption.

You could try a 14" magnaflow to get the pressure back and get a good tone out of it. A flowmaster would help since its chambered but its all in your choice. Some sort of muffler is better than no muffler

I like magnaflow and all but I am a big fan on the chambered muffler sound, love the sound at rev and the decel pop. I'm looking at getting a flow master super 44. Magnaflow is a very smooth sounding exhaust in my opinion

I went magnaflow due to living in new england and the flowmasters never lasted long for me but Im with you on the flowmaster sound, the super 44 sounds good. If you put one of those on it should solve all your problems. minimal backpressure with a turbo is fine but naturally aspiriated doesnt usually agree.

Currently have the Flowmaster Super 10 and loving it! I have noticed an increase in gas mileage after the install.

I felt no loss on the low-end and only gained a smile every time I drive it :)

But I'm leaning more towards a 44, I'm not into the super loud anymore, but don't want quiet

I run a Corsa cat back and I absolutely love it no drone and is quiet until you smash down on the skinny pedal.

JBA catback...I currently have that and really like the sound, but will be replacing it soon with my StainlessWorks exhaust system.

I want something that sounds aggressive at idle but is pretty good at cruising speeds.

Hey movinalong, where did you get the corsa from? Any problems with rust? I live in ohio and rust potential is horrid here. Also any sounds videos you could share?
