Experts please help! I've got power issues...

I have a 2012 Ram 1500 5.7 Hemi (unmodified) - and I'm not getting proper acceleration when putting my foot down. Worse than being slow off the mark, it's rough and jumpy. And this morning I got revs and no power at all. Please reply with your thoughts on a) what it might be and b) how to fix. I was thinking about taking it somewhere to boost the power anyway. If I did that, would they fix the acceleration issue at the same time? Thanks guys! Rob

maybe fuel pump (check pressure), maybe trans

First thing I'd do is scan it for codes and see what pops up. Just because the check engine light may not be on doesnt mean there arent any codes stored. It may be in some sort of "limp" mode. And I would most definitely fix the problem before you start modding the truck for more power.
