Express, No lumbar support

So I was looking through posts about adding lumbar supports without simply having a cushion there, and there are some options, rather expensive options.

However, as I have leather Clazzio seat covers, I was wondering if anyone had ever simply tied a typical lumbar cushion to the seat, under the seat cover, would they stretch enough for this.

If anyone has tried with success, or even with failure that the cover wouldn't stretch would love to hear from you.

Or another thought of finding a higher grade seat with lumbar, would that be a straight switch out in an express.

I am in the same boat with a 2019 express. I had a 2016 long horn without lumbar and I bought a lumbar pad but I am tired of dealing with it moving around.. I want a more permanent solution.
