Just wondering if anyone else had a truck from the factory that set really high.

I installed a belltech 2/4 using stock shocks and you can't tell it's lowered. I parked beside several 2wd and it seems it's only slightly lower. With stock 275/60/20 from ground to fender measures about 35" all around.

Here is a before and after though.

Really debating on trying to cut the belltech springs another .5 " in the front.

I had the same reaction - our trucks (with OEM springs) sit as high or higher than most Chevy 4x4s. Lots of guys go for a 3/5 drop, but I've gotten used to the 2/4 and after upgrading my sway bars, no more tilting when going into the turns.

It looks lowered but the front needs a tad more drop. My truck sits pretty high for a 2wd, especially the rear.

Looks lowered to me. Though I'm in the same boat. I dropped mine with a 2/4 spindle kit. And now I'm wanting to go lower.

It did lower it, but I can still pull up next to some older model and same model 2wd and they are the same level as mine stock if not a tad lower.

I do wanna take the front spring out and figure out how much to cut maybe to get another .5" or so off them.

Looks lowered for sure!!! Give it time, the BellTech springs will settle over time just as the stock springs do.

Could it have to do with you having stock 20's? The stock 275/60/20's are a 33" tire. I know on mine I found on my build sheet it says "raised ride height" or something like that, which from what I found is because of it having stock 20's. Although mine is 4x4
