Guys,
I have an issue with my air ride. I've had the freezing issue since the truck just ran out of warrantee. To solve, I added a little methyl hydrate into the compressor and its been pretty good for the last few years. Recently I started to have a lot of problems where the truck would not raise to normal height when requested. I could hear the compressor running but the only way to get it back up was to shut off the ignition and restart. This started a week ago. The other day I went to start and the battery was dead. The battery would not hold a charge at all so I picked up a new one. When I got home I though maybe there was a short causing the battery and air ride issue so I started pulling fuses. I couldn't find an issue but now the air ride seems to be frozen on Off-road 1. I can not do anything when selecting the height adjustments. Turing the ignition off and restarting does nothing. I ended up buying a ALFAOBD and running some tests. I can see the ride height positions of each corner... most things are available but have an error code. C15A0 and C156E. I ran the compressor circuit test which says succeeded successfully but I cold not hear the compressor running. Any ideas?
