Just removed my clutch fan. I have the stock thermostat. My Diablo DCX i2 is not letting me adjust the fans. The screen keeps freezing. My concern is will it be OK to run my truck like this. I don't want to overheat. I will be getting in contact with Diablo on Monday.

no danger, the e-fan will kick in at the factory temp. You will need to adjust the fan when you install a lower temp tstat.

Make sure you do not have any aftermarket electronics plugged into system.
For example, a charger for your phone, learned this the hard way myself.

He was saying not to have anything pluged in to the truck like a phone charger.

I'm completely assuming right now but I think he was saying make sure nothing is plugged in while trying to use your intune. I don't know why but it seems even more far fetched that he was talking about your fan settings being cause for not charging anything.

Agree. It's definitely the i2 itself. I'm sure Diablosport will figure it out.

Yeah when I first got my I2 it would hang or freeze when trying to read or write to pcm.
Charger was in outlet with no phone attached, removed before using & never have a problem.

Yea I will. It actual said it failed to put the stock tune in. Then it froze on the i2 screen. I unplugged it and plugged it back into my laptop. It was froze for a while then all of a sudden the menu came back up. I just updated it again. Now I am trying to put my Hemi fever 93 tune back in the truck. I will contact Diablo tomorrow.

Several people have just removed fuses to non-oem electronics that have been added on.
Anything plugged in usb port?

Well I got it to down load the factory tune finally. Now I had a check engine light. I scanned it and it came back as loss of contact with the body control module. It's a permanent code. I tried erasing it and it won't get rid of it. I hope I don't have to take it to the dealership.

I think Amazon actually has them but I have a 14 so I didn't need to buy one.
