2013 with 80K. I cleaned the air filter and used some fuel treatment but still having the problem. It isn't all the time. Seems to be worse if I idle for a while prior. While driving my RPM drop and I lose most of the power then it kicks back in. Any ideas what it could be? Fuel filter? Pump? Tranny Slip? I have an extended warranty but dealerships around here are booked weeks out.

Does it happen if you disable MDS?

What do you mean by lose power? Do the rpms drop and your skinny pedal doesnt do anything, or the truck seems to lose forward momentum?

Possibly a faulty fuel pump relay vis-a-vis your TIPM? Bet you are glad you have a warranty right about now. I wouldn't wait, the truck could completely stall on you while driving. Dealer should hook you up with a rental anyway.
