Well I just measured the blocks, seems they're 4.5 inches. The same height as the strut spacer. WTF. This isn't even a 5 inch lift.

The back. I feel stupid asking but what does it mean when they're tapered?

Oh now that i think about thats how its supposed to be. The kit you got is the six inch, really they lift the front 6 inches and the rear 4.

I don't think it matters which way they're turned. I have no preload spacers just the 4.5 inch strut spacers with bilsteins maxed at 2.0. So what I'm saying is, I shouldn't have any rake. It should be level. Unless these trucks have a factory 3 inch rake

If they are tapered than it matters, but thats not the issue here. I know the 2wds have 3 inch of rake but I didnt think the 4wd have that much. What was the exact kit you got?

i hate rake i was in the same boat i went down 1'' on rear block to a 3'' and it made a big difference i like the front as high or allitle higher. i still have the 4'' block if you want it that might be what you need since you have bilsteins

I just can't get over the fact that the blocks measure 4.5 inches.. In fact, measured the truck from the top of the fender crossing in front of the center caps to the ground. Sure enough, the rear is an inch higher than the front...

Killin me because I don't tow at all like I used to. Since I'm planning on 37's in the future, should I just go ahead and toss that preload spacer in or just get 3" blocks? I'll put a pic up later of my cv's so you guys can tell me what I should do.

3'' blocks would probably be your safest option

That pop or clunk when you turn could be a loose upper or lower control arm bolt..Mine did the same thing bc alignment shop didnt torque it good..check the torque on them.

I will have it checked out. It doesn't make the clunk when I hit the brakes though. Could it be the calipers?
