Finally cleaned the TB

I also ran a few ounces of seafoam through the brake booster Diddnt seem to help out my lazy feeling truck much

Did the TB cleaning help? It really didn't look bad.

You changed the oil after seafoam correct? Looks like you're tackling some of the earlier mentioned items, any fuel additive yet? Pull any plugs?

You don't need to change the oil after seafoam, unless you put it directly into the crankcase. If you do that, you can run the motor for a 100-200 miles to let the cleaning work, but it thins the oil out so it need to be changed.

If just running through the brake booster, rev if up good so it cleans the valves and everything and get all that white smoke out!

You don't have to but you should as all that stuff you're "burning" off doesn't all get burned and get deposited in the oil... any time you run those types of things you SHOULD change your oil
