Awesome awesome, thanks for sharing! Looks like a monster and heart pounding thrill ride!!! :)

BTW, I just got off the phone with my local 4wheelparts and they said they would NOT do the install of the 4.10s and lsd. First, they said the parts aren't available, and when I said I'd supply them, they said they wouldn't do the work "for insurance purposes."
WTF???

WOW...they didn't give me any grief at all in that sense. Actually with tax and all it was going to be $492 (install labor and break in fluids) which included a follow up visit at the 500 mile mark for an inspection and fluid change. That is very disconcerting to hear, sorry about that David.

Thanks man... They have been very good to me in the past, I don't what the problem is... Do you know what kind of shops would be good at this type of install, generally speaking??

Took me forever to find them. I've had the parts for over 6 months. Thanks to this Forum I found 4wheelparts. I hope all goes smoothly next time around with them. Most performance shops or 4x4 shops will do it. It's just a matter of price hunting and reputation. I have a local place that has done some performance work in the past for me but they wanted nearly $1k. Thought that was beyond insane since I was providing the parts and it's a 2wd

I think you will definitely notice the difference from 3.55s to 3.92s.

A 2800 stall will only add to your grin :)

So taking all that into consideration. What would you all do 1st. Long tubes or the Torque converter?

I installed the tc and lts at the same time. If i remember right, the tc had to go on first, otherwise i would have to take the lts off to install the tc. So if that helps, the tc would be my choice so i wouldnt have to uninstall the lts.

Even if that wasnt an issue, i would probably still go tc first

Do you mind if I ask where you picked up your tc? How do you like the drive ability compared to stock?

Got it at Moes performance. Got a 2800. Drivability is great. And when you punch it, you fall in love with your truck again

x2!!!

I have to remove my Trans (for the third time) to install new OD frictions next weekend.

And This time when I remove my stock exhaust/cats to get the trans out,
I'm tossing it (along with my JBA shorties) and putting my new JBA Long Tube Headers in, No Cats!

Should be here on Wednesday according to FedEx tracking thanks again to Matt!

$719 and Come Silver Ceramic Coated

ARH = $1500 + $400 coating + $200 shipping to Canada, so about 3X more than JBA
