yea, im gonna hope and try my best to NOT let that happen again.
i just did a little driving, i think i put as many miles on it in the last 30 minutes as i have since i got it back. lol
ECT was 190ish and the IAT was 70ish the entire time. saturday night my IAT was 93* with the ECT at 184, so that tells me the double insulated intake tube is working just like it should be. I grabbed it and it wasnt even warm.
ok, heres a few pics of the times i had and 2 short vids just showing the numbers and the best one is watching the needles move.

no theres no burnout videos, i had to take it easy off the line each time so i didnt spin them. im not in a hurry to buy more tires.
heres a pic of a 1/4 miles run. the only road i had to do this on was a bit uphill and fairly rough. deffiantly NOT smooth pavement. Im very pleased with the numbers as i did feather the throttle off the line to keep the rubber ON my tires.
heres the breakdown of that run
and heres the 2 videos. front windows are down, rears are up, and my exhaust is still stock except for theres no muffler, just a straight pipe but it still has 2 resonators.

a guy was following me into the gas station on my way home driving a camaro and appearently with my new intake tube it makes an incredibly loud whistling sound from it and the guy asked me if i had a charger or turbo on it because hes never seen a big truck thats not a cummins sound like that or take off that quick. i cant really here it in the cab but he was on my right and he said it was louder than his radio when i took off. ;D;D
