Finding netural without engine running

Working on 3.6 Ram 2016 have throttle body off need to move truck but can't get it to go to netural. Is there a way to get into netural without engine running?

look in your owners manual
on my 19 w/8sp trans i need to remove panel on Lt side of instrument panel between head light switch and E Brake and there is a procedure to release cable to put in NUTRAL and one to reinstate Park again hope it helped !

There is a release, that you have to move to make the release lever work,
That release has to be used, whether you going into neutral or park
