Damn, what a convoluted journey. Glad you found the answer.Update, apparently I did not have my o ring on correctly and my oil pump ate it or the pressure blew it up but didn't see it in my oil lolsss

You seem to have oil restriction for your pressure to drop.also note i did drop the oil pan to fix this oil leak and replaced the oil pan gasket but i KNOW for a FACT the o ring on the pickup tube is on its a new o ring and just no chance it came off, the pickup tube screen was clean when i removed it, so im at a loss only other thing i can think to do is buy a mechanical gauge and check it that way, but the sensor is less then 500miles as well so i dont know...
it ended up being my stupid o ring to the pickup tube, i fixed this. back to 85+ at cold start and 40-50 at cruising 20-25 at idleYou seem to have oil restriction for your pressure to drop.
idle rpm is like 900, motor has 290k on it though so i dont expect 40psi at operating temp idle.I'd still be concerned with 20-25 psi at idle. At idle 3 out of 4 of my rams are 48 psi at idle and the new one with 3k miles is 40 psi.
What is your idle rpm? Factory 550 or higher?
