I had my Ram 1500 detailed this morning at my house and everything was fine when they got here. Now that they have left I went to move it and my gauge cluster is flashing my mileage (43xxx) followed by 43 and the temp light and door ajar is flashing. I have no idea what to do please help.

Ok try this and get back too us: disconnect the battery for at least 10 minutes giving everything time to reset. Then reconnect the battery and cycle the key from off to on without turning the motor on twice. After that start your truck as normal and see if that worked.
Now if that did not work your detail shop might have gotten water into something it should not have, and a trip to the dealership might be called for. Hopefully they did not fry the TIPM.

I disconnected the batter and threw the charger on it cause it was a little low. I plugged it back in and everything seemed fine so I don't know if something got wet and dried out or if it was a low battery thing.

Hmm might have been the battery low but I would think not. They may have just got something wet that caused the problem, and when you disconnected the battery it reset everything. Drive it around and see if the problem comes back. Let us know what happens.

Started it up and drove it a little bit and no issues at all. It doesn't get driven much and i've never had this issue before. I'm thinking the low battery caused it and something happened while they were detailing. Just weird how it did all this without the key in the ignition

Most vehicles have power going to a lot of things even with the key off. The lights, the radio, brakes, and the computer all have constant power. If even one gets wet it can cause all sort of headaches.
Glad it is working but still keep an eye on it just in case.
