Flat plate mount for GPS, Rear Trailer Camera Screen, etc...

A couple weeks ago as I was cruising the forum I saw a post that showed a "mount" that goes into the "pocket" above the 12" screen. It created a flat plate that was installed on bracket using the 2 screws under the rubber mat up there. It allowed access to the plug up there too...

Now I can't find and a forum search and web search has come up with nothing...

Any links or product names that fit the bill.
