Flowmaster Exhaust Tips

For disclosure, I am a Flowmaster brand fan over all others I have had. Excellent choice. Have their Hemi muffler kit on my 03 and their dual tips on 03 and 18 side exhaust.

No, and I probably never will buy exhaust tips as long as they cost $200. Ridiculous. My bolt in Carven muffler wasn't much more.

Same here. I had flowmaster on my 98 Ram, 04 Ram, and even my 88 Mustang.

But I went against the grain on my 07 wrangler and added magnaflow.

I’m not going to make this 17 Ram anything special with sound or performance. The mustang has that covered, so I’ll just through the tips on this one.

Grant I miss typed. I should have said I am "not" a Flowmaster brand fan. I am a Magnaflow fan. Got my brands backwards. The Flowmaster tips may be of good quality. I like the ones you chose. Had a very bad experience with Flowmaster so called application specific exhaust on my 03. Replaced with Magnaflow engineered exhaust. very pleased.

Glad you asked and thanks for your concern.......Well....I know from a previous post some people have complained about a bad batch from Moe’s tips. Just trying to get a feeler on these.

I just installed the Moes black 5" tips over the weekend, man they look awesome and the sound is definitely deeper wow! That is paired with my Flowmaster 40 series I've had on for the last three years. Funny how tips can change the sound, the exhaust guy was like "man now that's how they should come from the factory, dat look good!"

I didn't change my tips when I went with the Carven muffler. I think they were an extra 100 or so. The carven style replicates the OEM style, they do have a 5" diameter option though.
