This is going to be long sorry....
Well last night i was going to take my kiddos to a fireworks show and i had some punk in a older VW Golf while going down the road swerved when i went to pass to block me back then when we got up to the four lane where there were two lanes for me to pass him and his buddy (Civic) boxed me in and slowed down to 35 in a 55 and he slammed on his brakes in front of me multiple times trying to get me to rear end him, with my children in the vehicle i did not know their intentions, so my military training kicked in and the only way out of the situation was to hit the shoulder and try to pass well he tried to box me over in the shoulder so i hit my brakes and got into the left lane, he then cuts in front of me and slams on his brakes so i moved to the right lane to pass and he side swipes me with his mirror leaving a 2 inch wide mark 3/4 of the way down the side of my truck, with my kids in to vehicle there was no way in hell i was stopping, my wife then called the police department to report it, he then threw change at the side of my vehicle as he was exiting, the officers stopped him down the road and had me meet them at a gas station, after multiple different officers questioned me they wrote me a reckless driving ticket for pulling into the shoulder to exit the situation, even tho no officer saw me commit the offense... i don't know how this is right but i may be wrong
