Fob key electrical issues

Hi new to this. But this morning just droped off the truck at the dealer do to key issues started with fob not locking doors then not unlocking or locking and yesterday pretty much died then figured out if I held the lock button for a while and putting it in the ignition and turning it on while holding the stupid thing it would start. Dealer said might need to reflash the system looks like a miss communication. Waiting on there diagnosis for now.

So just picked up the truck. Keyfob was crapped out. There were no codes on the system all was clear. Except for a couple recalls that were not done. Ad to get a new key. The original one guess did it's time.

Not an uncommon problem. At least it was an easy fix. Always worth keeping a spare

My fob (s) some times won't start my (2012) Turn to start and nothing happens. I mean NOTHING no dash,buzzers etc. Fobs both have new battery's. I checked the old one out of curiosity to see if dead. They were OK but still put in new. I've been on You-tube the guys say this is happening a lot. but no one has a reason why or how to fix.
My dealer has neve heard of this issue. Any One Have info??
