Fob/lock issue

Not sure if this is the right category for this thread but I have had my 2015 1500 bighorn for about a year and a half now, and up until about a month ago, the truck would beep when I locked it. But about a month ago, it stopped. The fob still locks it but there’s no beep. Not sure if that means the fob needs new battery or if it would be something with the truck. Have not had any major work or anything done on it in that timeframe. Any advice/knowledge would be helpful. TIA!

You can go to the settings in the uconnect and set it up. Disconnecting the battery can sometimes cause settings to return to default. My 2018 can be set up for no beep or beep after 1 or 2 pushes of the lock button.

i believe that you can set the Beeping if you have a 8.4 radio

If your Fob Locks & Unlocks the doors, the truck Remote Starts & the Panic Button works, there is nothing wrong with the FOB(s)
