PM @Mpgrimm2 you can find his site in the Vendor section under M²Mods, I believe he can help with a harness to wire directly to the fog light fuse. You can order the necessary replacement dash light switch and the connectors that go to each fog light through the Vendor @AllMoparParts.com this will make it like factory. I added aftermarket fog lights to my 2018 2500 to function like factory install. You will also need AlphaOBD to turn on the functionality. Good luck.

Here's the thread to give you an overview... You'd need some OEM (9005?, 9145?, 9006?) to aftermarket pigtail adapters as well as the OEM foglight bumper harness and the extension harness I make.

- DIY: Add 2013-2018 OEM Foglight Wiring

Send me a private message here to get things started (I'll be back from vacation officially Monday, the M2 Mods website links are still disabled)

A pigtail like the attached is not available

I can get you a bumper harness that you can modify but need to confirm a few things such as do you have a steel bumper? Do you have Front Park Sensors?
