Fog Light Question

So I have a 2018 Ram 1500 (SLT). It does not have fog lights pre-installed, but I'm wondering if it's possible to install them? There are some horizontal slots that look like fog lights could be installed into with a bracket, but wondering about wiring? Do most RAMs with or without fog lights come with the extra connections for fog lights?

I've seen people mount lights in the horizontal slots, those are where the tow hooks would go.
You probably need the wiring harness that goes to fog lights themselves. People have added the wiring harness, changed the headlight switch and enabled the fog lights with AlfaOBD. You can even disable the fog light drop out too(fogs turn off w/high beams).
