Hello all,
Dealer updated my 2013 8.4 Uconnect to 18.45.01 and it's flat out awful. Took it in because it had issues on the auto update that occurred a year ago and the NAV wasn't working right.
Called Uconnect and they said dealer should flash system to 17.11 which is what I requested, well they took it to 18.45.01 and it's just too quirky for me, and now the NAV doesn't work at all.
Is it possible to find the older software and downgrade? Or do I have to go get the dealer to mess with this thing yet again.
