Been a die hard FORD man for the last 40+ years, until last summer when we got our 2020 2500 Tradesman 4X4 OFF ROAD 6.4L Hemi. We had to upgrade from our '16 F-150 XLT SPORT since the new travel trailer was just at the very upper end of it's capacities. Gross weight, tow and combination capacity were less than 500#'s of their maximums. it just would have been very tough on ANY brand truck.
It is a big difference driving "THE BEAST" after the F-150 for so long. Momma does have a little problem with it, being it's so much bigger, wider, and taller than the FORD. This is the first 4X4 I've had since I bought my 1979 F-150 4X4 new, and it really helped with the storm we had in Texas in February. Only wished I had been able to find one with the Cummins, but they were all Laramie's & Limited models.
