Did you hit/ run over anything? thats the most common failure for distance sensors.

Do you have adaptive cruise control, and if so, is it working correctly? The FCW module is a standalone module that costs around $300. If your adaptive cruise control is working, then the radar (windshield mounted) unit is working, and it is likely the FCW module. To pinpoint the failure, you will need an OBD scanner capable of reaching all modules, showing live data, and issuing diagnostic commands.

If you recently had a windshield replaced, this could be the source of the failure. The calibration wasn't correctly done.

I dont have ACC. I had no work done to the truck at all (except for routine maintenance). It just stopped working out of the blue
