Found a great way to mount CB radio!

I found a great way to mount a CB radio in my Ram 5500 with bench seats. I pulled out the rubber insert in the drawer under center dash and drilled two small holes thru drawer to mount CB mounting bracket. I positioned radio to clear drawer button allowing drawer to still function. It turned out to be good to see CB radio controls. I riveted a mic clip on back of radio box.

Yes, it's the President Mckinley. We searched everywhere for 2021 Ram fender /hood mount for antenna. Ebay has seller that now has an updated one. Now for antenna tuning.

for antenna tuning, you will need a SWR Meter

Some Radios have an SWR Meter built in

You might consider buying a External Speaker
You would be surprised how clear it makes it sound in the cab.
the speaker inside of the cb itself is really too small
