Front End Grinding

2010 Dodge Ram 1500 4x4 crew cab - changed rotors all the way around, new pads, tires balanced, new bearings front end, new lower tie rod ends, garage has checked everything multiple times but cant figure out why sometimes when i brake sounds like metal to metal grinding. Anyone know what possibly could be?

Look at the brake dust shield. Whenever I had my lifted installed, my dust shield was bent touching the brakes. Sounded like metal on metal and I just quickly bent it back.
