Front Knuckle Cracked

Hey Guys,

I am new to this forum and was installing my new Bilstein on my new 2015 Ram 1500 and the front right knuckle cracked. SOB! I know with some of the lifts kits for this trucks you have to add a new knuckle so I was hoping that one of you possible had you OEM front right knuckle that you would sell to me. I am located in Wisconsin and would pay for shipping if needed. Just let me know.

Same thing happened to me while installing my bilsteins. If you have to get it from a dealer it costs about $450.

Are you talking about the spindle? If so, I've got my stock ones I took off my truck at around 4k miles. Came off my 2013 1500 sport 2wd. Let me know if that's what you're needing.

Just saying if your going to spend 450 at the deal you might drop the extra money and buy a whole lift kit. That would be my reasoning for a lift kit. Hell you just gave me an idea to crack my Spindle next time I rotate my tires. " hey honey my spindle broke on my truck. I'm going to have to get that matrax kit overnighted". Lol

I have a 2011 I just lifted if you would like I would take 100 for both you pay shipping they have 66,000 mile on them. It's a 4x4, but going with a lift would be a better option just makes these trucks look beast.

How did it break anyway, I wanted to put bils on mine to level the front out

I'm wondering how it broke, too. How the heck do you crack a spindle doing a strut?

I just did the same thing doing my bils. Tightened the ball joint. Went to torque and crack. I'm hating life right now
