Frontier Truck Gear grille guard for 2018 1500?

Does anyone have the Frontier Truck Gear grille guard on their late model 1500? If yes, what do like or dislike about it? Thanks.

I dont have a frontier. But have friends who do. They are very good and well built. Cheaper than ranch hand which I feel you’re paying a little extra just for the name.

Not sure what brand mine is I picked it up used for $150 was missing bolts.

I've been comparing the Frontier Gear to the Ranch Hand on line. The only thing about the Frontier that concerns me is the distance between the uprights. Appears to me the greater width of the Frontier uprights gives less bumper protection than the Ranch Hand.
I like that both allow for using oem tow hooks.

As far as bumper protection. I’ve seen damage to bumpers on both truck with the grills. It’s minimal damage but still dents. Best solution is full bumper replacement. That’s the toughest route and even after several deer they still hold up good.

I have Ranch Hands on my 2006 Ford F350 and my 2016 Ram 1500. Been very satisfied with the product quality, steel tubing thickness and customer support.

When I look at Frontier Gear's website it appears their grill guard bottom mounts are a fixed mount to the frame. This would tell me there are no adjustment possibilities. The Ranch Hand mounting system allows for adjustments.

Still in the shopping/deciding mode and have a question on the Rand Hand. Do you ever have any issues/concerns with the lower brackets that extend below the bumper? Such as any issues with parking curbs, ground clearance, etc.
