Fuel gauge help

I've been working on a 07 ram 2500 with a hemi the fuel pump went out about a month and a half to 2 months ago i put a new one in well hears the problem after about a week week and a half the gauge will stop reading correctly im on my third pump now and it just started to act up anyone else have this problem with replacement pumps on the new dodge

I had a gas gauge sensor rust out a few years ago and replaced it without issue. Lesson learned don't let your truck sit for extended periods with anything other than a full tank of gas.

it's not a case of the truck sitting it has over 250k miles on it. I've seen a sending unit go bad on aftermarket pumps but never 3 in a row not sure if I'm getting bad pumps or if there might be some thing else wrong

I agree that isn't right, what is the actual failure? Is it physical, like the float sinking? Or are you getting a "High Voltage" DTC?
