fuse junction box electrical Issue 1998 RAM 2500 12 valve Cummins

my 98 RAM 2500 12 valve has an electrical issue that seems to be related to the junction fuse box. Specifically the starter fuse. Fuse junction box OEM part number is 56020332AB. I have confirmed part number with the dealership with my Vin number since I am the 3rd owner in case someone had replaced it. Truck was originally automatic now converted over to NV 4505 speed manual. I have had 3 separate situations where electrical windows, fuel gauge, chime, horn or wipers stop working all at the same time. it's like the electrical system lost its mind. Truck will still start fine. all fuses inside the truck and the junction box under the hood were good. exchanged the starter fuse with another one next to it and all electrical started working again so I replaced the starter fuse. Last time the truck would not start. I jumped the starter with a screwdriver and was able to get home. Replace the starter fuse and everything worked again. This is the 3rd time in 6 months and I think the junction fuse box may have a short or be bad. There is no part available from Mopar. My question is there any other fuse junction box part number from an earlier or later year that would work in my truck?
