Posted this in a different area yesterday and thought I'd better ask here as well.
I installed a GDO console opener in my truck yesterday and it killed the compass. I thought the GDO consoles were also compasses. I got to thinking that I might need to have a sales code added to my truck? Does anyone know if that is correct or should it have been plug and play?
