Gen info screen not working

I just bought a 2017 1500 limited. On the display, when you toggle through trippy trippy mileage etc., when I get to general info it is stuck on the tire pressure screen, it will not toggle left or right through the other info screens. Does anybody know a quick fix for this?

It should toogle up and down through the different info screens, not left and right.

It should toggle left and right when you are on the general info screen. It should show oil temp,Trans temp,tire pressure,oil change and a summery of all your engine temps and pressures. I'm not sure what would cause it to not toggle back and forth. If the toggle button works on other screens then you know that's not the problem. The only thing I might suggest trying is disconnect the battery for around 20 or 30 minutes and then reconnect it and see if it fixes it. If that doesn't do it since your truck is brand new and under warranty I would take it to the dealer and have them figure it out.

I understand how the toggle switches work as far as up-and-down and left and right, once I got to the general info screen it would not go left or right it was stuck on tire pressure and would not move. Taking your advice and disconnecting the battery has solved the problem so thank you.

Yes, I understood that. That was not my problem, my problem was once on the general info screen it would not toggle left or right to show the other information other than the tire pressure. As noted above, disconnecting the battery solved the issue.

Glad to hear it worked. I understand you knew it should go left and right but somebody else had posted that it shouldn't on that screen and I wanted to make sure there was no confusion. In some cases with these trucks they will have little glitches and disconnecting the battery will sometimes help.
