getting a 6"

2006 mega cab 2wd

i decided to pull the trigger on a 6" maxtrac lift for my ram ,
i found some fuel hostage III, 18x9 offset says 1 ,bsm says 5 i don't know what is bsm

does anyone have these rims on their truck and do they fit without any spacer with a lift kit please let me know if you have dealt with this before
also recommendations for tires and size would be appreciated
