Matt I've been off the grid for a few months, did you ever run on nitrous and the fat rubber?

I actually pulled the nitrous off the truck about a month ago. I want to hit 11.99 N/A first, and then I will put the nitrous back on and shoot for 10's.
I have pulled most of the easy parts to remove...spare tire, tailgate, front swaybar, passenger seat, and center console. I don't want to start cutting into the frame or mess with removing interior panels or carpet just yet. Truck weight is just under 4500lbs with me in it.Very nice. Have you thought about trying to shave off some more weight off the truck either on the body or motor parts? Dunno to what extent you have modified your vehicle but seems to be running some damn nice numbers.
What octane are you running these pulls on?

All my runs have been on 93 octane pump gas. Once it cools off a bit, we are going to try some more aggressive tuning with 104 octane to see if we can squeeze a little more out of the motor.
Matt are you running a short belt? Was reading on the other forum that guys will swap out belts to a short belt to reduce some drag. Bypass the power steering, AC, ect.
