auto correct ruined the title...HOOD protection options
Not sure how it happened, but I ended up with a nasty nick from a rock on the front edge of my hood. 500 miles in and now I’ve got my first touch up job to do. I’m wondering what are some of the options out there to protect that front lip from rock dings? Anyone make a body colored option? Not a fan of chrome bug shields and not a huge fan of the smoked black ones. It looks like no one makes clear but I used to do clear ones and paint the backside body colored. maybe just a wrap type of protector? I’m looking for Info and pics of all the options you guys have.
