I've got a 2014 Ram regular cab, 4x4 ,Hemi, 35x12.5x20 Ridge Grapplers with the Rancho Quick lifts on the front and 9000 series on the back. I've developed a metal on metal rattle coming from the back end when going slow and it seems to rattle when the rear right rear tire drops( pothole, driveway edge, etc...). I've replaced the swaybar links, and everything seems tight? It's driving me crazy!
looking for ideas or suggestions. What about rear spring isolators?
any help will be greatly appreciated!

it sounds like a brake or a shock or even reese hitch , but I've checked all those and they seem fine!

Typically metal to metal indicates something loose. Are you still on factory rear springs ? Take the coils out and check the isolators, check torque on your rear suspension parts, brakes, wheels etc. Go down there and hit the exhaust with your hands or feet trying to mimic a bump on the road, check your exhaust hangers, do the same with the spare, exhaust shields etc.
Good luck.

I'm still on factory springs, I will replace the isolators, they're cheap, while I've got it apart. checked exhaust hangers and shields, spare tire was tight.

I had a similar problem and once I had my ReadyLift kit installed and replaced the stock shocks with Bilsteins, the rattle went away. Not entirely sure if it was the sway bar end links or the shocks, but there is no more rattle! How old are your shocks?
