I just installed new rotors(Power Stop Evolution Drilled and slotted) and pads(Power Stop Z36) on my truck and now I have a constant grinding sounds from both sides when I’m not even using the brakes. I can hear it louder in some spots as the tire turns.

I took the rear apart and made sure the pads were able to slide and they were. I had applied Sil-Glyde to the slides so they should move freely.

Any ideas? How can I figure out what is causing it?
Ok guys,
I am having the same problem! I replaced all four corners with PowerStop rotors (drilled and slotted) , Calipers (powder coated) and pads, I noticed the sound pretty much right away so I thought one of the calipers was sticking, actually I'm certain the front drivers side was because of the uneven wear marks on the rotor, I called PowerStop and they sent replacement calipers and new pads right away. after having replaced them I still hear the noise, I called PowerStop back and they suggested maybe sending me new rotors. anyway the noise seems to be worse as I make a turn, seems more prominent while making a left turn and the sound appears to be coming from the front passenger side wheel. I have checked all the tires to see if they spin freely and it's a little hard to do considering it's a 4x4 but I can turn them and I don't hear any noise! very irritating to say the least. I considered the lug nut theory after having read that reply but the truck had no issues before with the stocks on.I noticed this post is a couple years old so I'm hoping someone may have discovered the cause of this mysterious noise!
TIA for your help.
Scott

Scott, does the noise get quieter when turning right ? And louder turning left ? If so the right front wheel hub / bearing assy is toast. Replace it.

it doesn't get much worse when turning left, it's noticeable in both directions just a little worse when making a left. I had no issues before replacing the brake kits, also i do feel it in the pedal whenever I brake, so I still believe that it's something going on with the brake kits, either I did something wrong ( and I don't think I did } or these brakes are no good! whatever it is started after I replaced them. SMH
thanks

Did you have to use a "sledge hammer" and some serious umph to get the rotor off. If so you may have damaged the bearing hub by forcing the inner race out of the assy. How many miles on the bearing assy ?
Now hear is an idea to try and see if you can maybe get the noise to quite down, take the wheel off, remove caliper and pads, take hammer and a good sturdy piece of wood and whack the hub assy a couple time to see if you can push the race back in. 2 or 3 good hard whacks should do it.
If it does quite down, I would still replace because it is still damaged.
