Has anyone ordered a custom truck with the dealer or know how long it takes to receive the truck?

Did you order any late a availability’s options at all?

I ordered my Limited on 4/28 and went into D1 on 5/8 and was in that for 28 days. I hit the factory on 6/4 in E status and am currently in JB for the outfitter. Should start the shipping process late this week or early next.

D1 they say can take up to 30 days. I was told by RAM customer service you can escalate with a ticket if you are still in D1 45 days past original order date. Now if you ordered etorque or Rambox that might not apply since those were late availability.

No I didn't order any late availability items at all. The only thing I thought that might hold it up was the spray in bed-liner with the bed utility grouip. However, it hasn't even reached the build status. 52 days and counting. Here's a list of what I got. No bells an whistles:

How are you all getting your status updates? I tried the thing on the Ram website, but it isn't working for me.

Call or chat with Ram customer service and have your VIN and personal info available. They should be able to give you your status and I've heard calling is better than chat info wise.

Honestly it will just happen with no heads up. I ordered my Limited on 4/28 with a bunch of options but zero were late availability. I would check with RAM customer service via the online chat almost daily just dying for updates. They had the most up to date info and it’s easier to get ahold of them rather than bug the dealer. The dealer will get estimate dates but they never hold. Mine originally was supposed to ship on 5/25 from what my dealer told me.

I sat in D1 for 28 days then finally by the grace of god I checked and I was suddenly in “E” or frame. That was on a Monday 6/04 and then this past Thursday 6/07 I was KZ for shipping. Once you are out of D1 it should move a lot faster. Hoping my car makes to me in about two weeks with how long shipping appears to be taking.
