Hi folks! First post...
Just upgraded trucks from a 2001 to a 2013. The 2013 Ram 2500 has tow mirrors (flipped down) and I hate the non-parabolic glass on the right side. No matter how the main mirror and the small parabolic mirror are adjusted, there is a blind spot somewhere. I have tried dozens of configurations of the two mirrors. If adjusted for driving, I can't see to back up. If adjusted for backing, I have blind spots when driving and I'm scared to change lanes.
I don't see this complaint anywhere else, so almost feel like I'm doing something wrong, but it's just a damn mirror! How hard can adjusting a mirror be? I want to swap the main mirror with a parabolic so I can see more area. Has anyone done this? Suggestions?
And no, I'm not flipping them up for daily driving. The 2013 feels so much wider than the 2001, I already feel like I'm crossing the lines on both sides.
Cheers!
Kenny
