Short answer is nope. When I was looking for headers for my 13 with the 4.7 nobody made an off the shelf header,but you can always have a custom set made

No they have not fixed the problem.

I don't think the 4.7's had as bad a problem with manifold bolts as the 5.7's have,but I could be mistaken. After I pulled over 250 rwhp from mine I got rid of it with only 11,000 miles on it.I never had any bolt issues or had heard of many of the redesigned 08 and up 4.7's having any manifold issues,but that was also 4 years ago.
