I’ve been running some LED bulbs off of Amazon and they are honestly amazingly bright but I’ve had a few incidents with them, one is they sometimes very rarely lose brightness and dim down but it’s only happened like 2 times over the period of time that I’ve had them. And the other issue is that I noticed whenever I do run my light on during the day the will run for so long and then won’t turn on until a few hours later. I don’t want to break the bank and buy expensive LED lights but I was wondering has anybody used the sylvania silverstar (H11 & 9005) as the high and low beam on the reflector headlight housing. I’ve had yet have an issue driving at night but I wouldn’t want to risk it, I’m just looking for a super bright white light output bulb that won’t break the bank and will also have no issue with my 15 Ram 1500

I used the Silverstar and ZXE style in my last Ram. Definitely an improvement over stock. And zero errors and no blinding other drivers or aiming issues. But they won’t compare with HID brightness wise. If you’re not looking to go LED or HID (which I wouldn’t in stock reflector housings) then those would be a good upgrade.

I run the ZXEs in my low beams and then LEDs in the high beams. Sorta best of both worlds, a good bright light for halogens for most driving and the benefit of the LEDs in the high beams when your out on the dark roads when no one else around.

Yes, high output incandescent lights are a big step up from the LL stock ones without any of the LED drawbacks.

I have not used Silverstar Ultras but I am using Wagner and Philips upgraded incandescent bulbs in my low and high beams and have no difficulty with visibility.
