only my driver side headlight housing get moisture in it. It’s bad enough to form water in the bottom. I have completely sealed off the whole housing but still water after rain

I would take the housing off the truck, take the back of the housing off (screws) or undo the back bulbs, and sit it on your vent in your house or put a fan on it for a while to dry out the housing. Then google the “ram headlight condensation vent” trick. All you do is open the vents up to allow for better airflow. I had a decent amount of water in my sport but this helped and hasn’t returned.

I just found this thread... and I'm hoping it helps my condensation (drivers side only). Seems like this started not long after I replaced my bulbs with LEDs, and couldn't get the caps back on... until I duct taped them! LOL!!
