In the stock projector housing are the corner marker bulbs white or amber behind the amber lenses?

There are no bulbs in the stock Projectors (except low & high beam bulbs). Everything else is individual leds on led boards.

If you are talking about the leds behind the amber corner reflector, then yes, those are amber leds.
