Maybe see if JJ has an extra set available, but I doubt it. What on earth would give them strees cracks at such an early time?

Projectors that run hot could weaken the material...? But I would think it would start turning black too lol.

Haven't had my headlights out in a while, could you cut some plexi-glass if you were careful?

That had been one of my thoughts actually, i dont think it would be tough to form it
Just have to many other things I'd like to do first, its just easier to replace the whole light for me

To an 02-06 taillight wouldnt be bad with a heat gun and some patience

To a 4th gen headlight, that would suck
I dont think you would ever really be able to get it to look all that great either

There were a few selling them but i was to late and no stress cracks i think they are all over the lens like maybe from when i opened them not sure. Ill get some pics and post up you know how you take something and bend it and it starts to crack thats what it looks like. And id buy headlights to maybe some one has a spare set or broken ones with the lenses still in tack, this is what get for selling my factory ones. Im thinking the factory ones are stronger then the aftermarket ones since jj has opened a ton and this has never happened.

I bent a piece of 1/8 in steel into the shape of the headlight to fill the gap between my bumper and the headlight without too much trouble. Me thinks the plexiglass would be even easier to form since gentle heat makes it soft. Then you could cut it out afterwards with a dremel or something.

I will say, if somebody made, and sold headlight covers I would totally buy a set. By headlight covers I mean like a clear piece of plexi-glass that clips on to your headlight, and looks pretty much OEM. I have never seen a set in the states, but half the cars going down the road in Australia have them on their headlights, and their daylighters.

Ya but you would still see the stress cracks though lol could get black covers but then you would not see my sext lights.

As far as heat i know thats not a factor i never use my headlights i drive with just the led rings and fogs on
