After a long miserable spring here in Texas, with all the pollen and crap flying around in the air and a 4000 mile trip we just completed, I decided to check on the cabin filter in my truck. Holy ****---it was full of crap. Replaced it today and the "boss" has already noticed the difference. I understand out of sight, out of mind, but check those filters regularly--they really do work well and need to be changed periodically.

Yes to that. I've owned my truck for almost 1 year (11 months) and yesterday finally got around to sacking up and figuring out how to get to mine, thanks to threads on the forum!
Not too bad but dirty so swapped it out today

Every year when it's time for my DMV inspection I change my cabin air filter, clean engine air filter, check all my lights, check/replace wiper blades as part of my pre inspection inspection just so I know there's not going to be any issues at inspection station.

I did this mod last spring and changed the filter this spring. It was nice to see all the crap the filter caught.

Glad you started this thread. Thanks bud!

Picked up a K&N reusable filter the other day, and you just reminded me to put it in. Probably didn't really need it yet. 6k miles, but a little over a year old. One less thing to think about, for awhile.
