I am looking at buying a used 7" EVIC gauge cluster from a wrecked 2016 Ram 1500. The gauge needles are stopped at random places instead of being on the low end of the scales(Tach shows about 1500 rpm, speedo shoes 48 mph, temp gauge is mid-way, etc...). Is this an indicator that the gauge may be bad? Thanks

I've changed out two gauges and neither were in the condition you are referencing. Not saying its bad but may be a gamble. IMO find another one of your can. Good luck.

Most yards offer full refunds for broken parts.
