Help hahaha 360/318

Ok doing a motor swap on a 99 dodge 1500 5spd. We are goin out with 318 swapping to a 360. We wired everything up everything is set in place buddy tried to start it and we got nothing besides a relay kicking in n out when he turns the key. Anyone else have a suggestion on what maybe the problem???? Thanks in advance..

Bad starter, bad start relay, forgot to connect the big 12 volt wire to the starter, bad ground connection, dead battery, locked up motor or trans????

If still a 5 speed, is the clutch wire still hooked up to allow it to turn over?

All the above. Did you change the flexplate or the flywheel, they are different between the 2 engines.
